The CombiClean is an automatic cleaning station used for the regularly scheduled maintence on your DPF which is required to to ensure long life and efficiency. The cleaning process is designed to safely and effectively remove accumalated soot and ash from the filter and provide for the safe disposal of the particulate waste following so as to be in compliance with municpal and environmental guidelines.
The Back Pressure Monitor and Logger provides vehicle onboard information for the vehicle user, providing notification of any required maintenance of the emission control system. The equipment also logs information for diagnostic purposes and troubleshooting.
In combination with select Engine Control Systems emission control solutions the Closed Crankcase Ventilation Systems provides increased emission reduction by eliminating those coming from the crankcase which normally escape into the environment through the crankcase vent tube. The ECS CCV system does the following:
- Improves passenger compartment air quality, which is especially important in all types of buses (school, shuttle, urban, etc.), refuse and municipal fleets.
- Improves air quality for personnel working in the vicinity of an operating piece of equipment.
- Reduces fouling in the engine compartment and of air coolers, radiators, etc. thereby increasing their efficiency
